Return Policy

Customer is responsible for reading all ingredients and nutritional values of each product prior to purchasing. Ingredients and nutrition facts are fully listed on www.betterthancoffee.com website for your review.  We do not offer refunds for failure to review these facts prior to ordering.

There is no guarantee on the shelf life left of the bars. Our bars shelf life is 15 months from production and we produce regularly to offer a longer shelf life but we cannot gurantee how many months will be left on the exact packs you will receive.

Return Policy & Refunds

Unopened merchandise may be returned within 14 calendar days of order arrival at customer’s address for a full refund minus shipping costs. The customer will bear any cost incurred in return shipping. To complete your refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Prior authorization is required for all merchandise returns. Once your request is received and reviewed, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Refunds will not be issued for improper storage.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at contact@betterthancoffee.com.
